Hm.. today is another experiments to make Pak Tong Koh (in Hokkien is HUAT KUIH).This is download by my wife from WEB.Actually not bad and easy to do.Do not need "TUAK" in this recipe and the result is no sour taste.My mother in law complaints about the white colour.
May be ,next time should add pink or green colour (OK NO PROBLEM!As long as everyone enjoy this yum yum).My wife offer 3PCS to "GODNESS OF MERCY"(神明请保佑...).Tomorrow is Kuih Kapit 2nd round.Will add sesame to the kuih as this is new flavour.
